Armando Jos\u00e9 Cerejo Caseiro<\/strong>, Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Aveiro (UA). Master in Advanced Biomolecular Methods by the UA. Graduated in Clinical Analysis and Public Health from the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, School of Health Technology of Coimbra (ESTeSC). Associate Professor of Biomedical Laboratory Sciences, Department of Biomedical Laboratory Sciences, ESTeSC. He started teaching in 2008 and has been a career professor since 2010. Biomedical laboratory scientist from 2003 to 2008. He has developed research in the area of Clinical Proteomics, namely on the changes in the salivary proteome and peptidome induced by diabetes mellitus. He is interested in the application of laboratory methods and techniques to clinical-laboratory diagnosis, in which electrophoretic, chromatographic and spectroscopic methods stand out.<\/p>\n
