Ana Margarida Urbano

Ana Margarida Urbano received a PhD in Biochemistry from the Universiy of Cambridge, UK. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Life Sciences of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Her main research interests are bioenergetics, oncometabolism and inorganic biochemistry and she is currently investigating the molecular basis of Cr(VI)-induced carcinogenesis.
