Aida Moreira da Silva

Aida Moreira da Silva é doutorada em Química pela Universidade de Lisboa, é Professora Coordenadora na Escola Superior Agrária do Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra sendo responsável pelo Mestrado em Biotecnologia e pela Licenciatura em Gastronomia. Integra a Unidade de I&D Química-Física Molecular desde a sua fundação, dedicando a  actividade de investigação ao estudo de compostos de inclusão baseados em ciclodextrinas por espectroscopia vibracional e ao desenvolvimento de alimentos funcionais. É a responsável pela actividade “Halophyte plants valorisation” do projecto SOS VALOR.
